Note
1. Speed of translation:3 working days for 10,000 words；extra 30％ will be charged for emergent task(finish the translation task within 24 hours);
2. Calculation on words: word calculation is based on the number of Chinese characters (not including spaces), for both translation from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English. 1,000 characters is the minimum quote unit.
3. The price above includes the cost of processing and printing;

Price for Interpretation: (Unit: USD/ Day)
General activities, exhibitions and travels 100~150USD per day
Technical Exchanges, Business Negotiations 150~200USD per day
Medium-sized Meetings 200~250USD per day
Note
1. Normal interpretation workload is 8 hours/day. Workload less than 4 hours will be calculated as 4 hours and workload of more than 4 hours but less than 8 hours will be calculated as 8 hours;
2. Overtime work of every single hour is subject to a surcharge of 150% of the unit price.
3. In case of business trips to other places, the clients shall cover transportation and accommodation expenses;

Translation is a special job and the price charged for it mainly depends on the degree of professionalism of the task, time of delivery, extent of sufficiency of resources, and number of procedures for guaranteeing the translation quality through proofreading and checking. My service philosophy is professional, attentive and dedicated, valuing highly service and quality. Preferential price is my advantage, but I will never try to win customers with lower price but inferior translation quality.
